Produced in full respect of the Tuscan tradition from different varieties of olives present in the farm (correggiolo, moraiolo, leccino and pendolino), these are harvested manually and immediately cold pressed by mechanical procedures, in such a way as to maintain the olfactory and gustatory sensations that recall the scent and flavor of the olive.
It is an oil of great structure and harmony for the matching of aromas and flavors. Ideal on raw or cooked vegetables, on legumes and in “pinzimoni”, and in many traditional Tuscan and Mediterranean dishes.
