Full and solid texture
Produced with sangiovese, merlot and cabernet grapes, which are vinified separately and thus harvested at different times in order to make sure that healthy grapes are picked at the right stage of ripeness. After a long maceration, the wine is aged in barriques for about 12 months, then left to rest for a further 12 months in the bottle
